Pricing questions, answered

  • How is pricing calculated?

    Pricing is based on effective nodes. Each infrastructure element has a weight; multiply counts by weights to get effective nodes, then pick the tier and billing term that fits.

  • What happens if we exceed node counts?

    We monitor usage together. You can true-up mid-term or move to the next tier. No surprise overages—just a planned adjustment.

  • How is GST handled?

    All prices exclude GST. Applicable taxes are added to invoices per Indian regulations.

  • Can we move tiers mid-contract?

    Yes. You can move up at any time. Moving down is handled at renewal so we adjust commitments fairly.

  • Is onboarding included?

    Starter and Growth include guided onboarding. Enterprise engagements add dedicated automation architects and TAM support.

  • Can we start monthly and move to annual later?

    Absolutely. Many teams start monthly for the pilot, then switch to annual after proving value and locking in discounts.
